New Management Company
The Eagle Ridge board has decided to move to a new community management company starting Sept. 1. We'll be using Liberty Community Management going forward. Those of you who had an e-mail address registered with LS Management (there are around 80 of you) will get a welcome e-mail from Liberty with an invitation to register on their web site. If they do not have your e-mail address, you will receive a welcome packet via US Mail with information on how to register.

We look forward to better communication and a more homeowner-friendly relationship with the new management company.

Homeowners, If you get a notice from Liberty Management about a property issue please know that the first notice is just a friendly reminder.
Please feel free to contact Liberty if you have any questions or concerns

Parking

The Board and ACC continue to receive complaints from our residents about the very dangerous practice of  parking on the street on blind curves or hills. Please advise your visitors to park farther away if necessary, to avoid accidents.
Remember: As per City of Marietta law and our Covenants, you may NEVER park on the grass.

Parking on the street on a continuous or recurring basis is not permitted by our Covenants.
